The brief

A virtual event that brought together MAP colleagues to engage in Olympic-level training to achieve reimbursement preparedness ahead of 1C UC EMA approval and flawlessly execute on Bavencio GMAP Strategy. 
The event combined plenary presentations with interactive elements, breakout sessions, networking and social events. 

The solution

A bespoke portal for all event activity and materials. The event theme was Olympics led, with sessions branded by ‘event’, sporting metaphors and visual support used throughout. The portal included embedded breakouts, networking spaces, downloadable resources and interactive functionality including polling, voting & Q&A. The theme was further enhanced by gamification & live leader boards. We also ran a quiz across multiple breakout rooms simultaneously.
