
The brief
To help unify the N&I franchise messaging Resonate were asked to develop an internal communications campaign that re-enforced and evolved the how to make the boat go faster narrative created by EMD Serono President Andrew Paterson.
The solution
Timed to align with the MSBT Kick Off meeting Resonate created an inspirational animation that articulated the start of a new chapter for the franchise. Given recent organisational and leadership changes, the story was designed to motivate and energise the teams and make them feel part of a greater whole, moving forward together.
The concept, story and execution was delivered is its entirety by the Resonate team. Our in depth knowledge of the franchise enabled us to create something special that resonated with the community and created an emotional connection.
